LBAR announces $186.7 million in Bluegrass real estate sales for August 2014
Residential real estate sales by members of the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® (LBAR) positively impacted the Bluegrass economy in August 2014 with 1,021 reported sales totaling $186,693,930. Of the 1,021 reported sales, 917 sales were existing homes sales, and 104 sales were new construction sales.

Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® announces two mergers
Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® (LBAR) is proud to announce two mergers with local REALTOR® associations. The Cynthiana-Harrison Board of REALTORS® and the Cave Run Association of REALTORS® (CRAR) will merge their members and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®. The combined association, under the name Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® will have more than 2,200 members.
