LBAR announces $27.3 million in Scott County real estate sales for the 1st Quarter 2013
Residential sales in Scott County increased 12 percent in March 2013 vs. March 2012, rising from 58 to 65 sales reported closed. The median sales price also grew for the month from $132,250 to $153,500, an increase of 16 percent. The average days on market remained stable for the same time period, increasing just three percent from 103 to 106 days. Pending sales in March increased 9.5 percent from 63 to 69.
