impacted the
Single family residential sales in Jessamine County increased 15 percent during the year-to-date 2010, rising from 234 reported sales in the first six months of 2009 to 269 reported sales in the first six months of 2010. The median sales price increased 1 percent to $130,500 for the same time period.
The median sales price increased 12 percent during June 2010 vs. June 2009 to $144,500. The average days on market decreased 4 percent to 75 days for the same time period.
